Please read all rules completely before submitting any photograph.

Submissions

Before any submissions become eligable for prizes, we ask that you print out, sign, and return a Photo Release Form. By signing the form you are confirming you own the rights to any photo being submitted and you allow Wenonah Canoe and Current Designs to use the photo on our website and in any future marketing material. You may scan and attach the form to your email submission or send to Wenonah Canoe Attn: Photo Contest by either mail or fax. If we do not receive the form back, you will not be eligible for prizes.

Please be sure to include:
- Your attached digital image
- The model of the boat(s) pictured
- Your name and contact information
- Photo Release Form

Prizes

-One canoe and one kayak photo will be selected as a winning photo each month.
-Monthly winners will receive their choice of any in stock Wenonah Canoe, Current Designs, or C4 Waterman Stand Up Paddle. Prize winners are responsible for all duties, VAT, GST and the like.
-Grand Prize winners, if awarded, will receive their choice of any Wenonah Canoe or Current Designs boat listed in the 2008 Wenonah Canoe or Current Designs catalogs. Prize winner is responsible for all shipping charges, duties, VAT, GST and the like.

Rules

-Contest is open to anyone, amateur and professionals included.
-No commissions, royalties or other payments will be made for entries.
-Photos can be digital or emulsion; digital resolution must be high enough for potential large format prints.
-In the case of emulsions, submissions will not be returned.
-Photos can only be submitted by the photographer/owner of the image or with full permission of the photographer.
-Only two photographs may be submitted per photographer per month.
-Submission of photos to the contest is allowance for the photo to be posted on the Wenonah Canoe and/or Current Designs web site.
-To be eligible for any monthly or grand prizes, photographers MUST submit a signed release form stating ownership of the photograph and giving Wenonah Canoe, Inc. full permission to use the photo in any future advertising and marketing campaigns without further notification.
-All winners will be chosen by a committee of Wenonah Canoe and Current Designs staff. Decisions are final.
-Employees and families of Wenonah Canoe and Current Designs are not eligible for this contest.
-Prize winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and may be required to submit tax information prior to receipt of prize.
-Monthly winners will be selected on or near the close of the business month.
-Monthly winners will be notified by email.
-Monthly winning photographs will be designated on the Wenonah Canoe and/or Current Designs website(s).
-Grand Prize denotes selection for the 2009 Wenonah Canoe and/or 2009 Current Designs Catalog Cover. If no submitted entries are suitable for a catalog cover shot, we reserve the right not to award a grand prize.
-Grand Prize Winner(s), if awarded, will be selected from all photographs submitted, not just monthly winners.
-Photo contest ends July 31, 2008.
-Wenonah Canoe and Current Designs reserves the right to change these rules, policies and prize lists without notice.
