US made Olympic kayaks. To build on Greg Barton's and Norm Bellingham's gold medals from Seoul in 1988, the U.S. Canoe and Kayak Team is working with We-no-nah to make Olympic kayaks much more widely available here in the United State.
Hull Features
- Round bottom hull for optimum speed; vee hulls in the ends for tracking; flared at the maximum width point for stability and reserve bouyancy.
- Low ends for minimum wind resistance; deck stepped up behind the bow for increased foot comfort.
- Easily adjustable, removable fiberglass seat with 8" range.
- Easily adjustable foot brace with 8" range.
- Tiller bar between the feet with cockpit adjustable cables running to a skeg-type steering rudder.
